Due to the COVID-19 outbreak the College of Optometrists of Ontario has given a directive that all Optometry Offices should offer urgent care only.

Dr. Coward and Associates will be following this directive in order to ensure the health of our patients and staff. However, if you do have an urgent matter (eye health emergency, loss /breakage of glasses, prescription or refills of drops, run out of contact lenses) please call our office at 613-392-6211 and we can assist you. You can also e-mail us at office@drbrucecoward.com. We are open to assist you Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm so please contact us then.

We are still offering a contact lens ordering service for both Existing Patients and NEW Patients who require contact lens replacement or replenishment. https://drbrucecoward.ca/product-category/lenses/

We can also still offer emergency replacement glasses, full glasses or lens replacements through our Video Consult. See our glasses page for details.
