Such a great experience at Dr.Coward and Associates.I was a new patient and was welcomed by every staff I saw.Information from the front staff, And Dr.Ricky was clear and very helpful.My eyes were quite dilated from my appointment so it was hard to see what frames looked nice and the ladies at the front dropped what they were doing to help me try them on and give me some feedback.Dr. Ricky took the time to explain everything going on, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. He was very empathetic to my feelings both medical and non-medical. With being new to the area, he was very personable and professional.I highly recommend this eye clinic for all your needs.
This was our first appointment in years. I had to bring my 9 and 2 year old with me. My 2 year old was crazy and after a while, understandably, bored and they were all so great to help us and get us out in a timely manner. My 9 year-olds appointment was smooth and he was happy/not nervous. They were so polite and fun to deal with (I have a fear of things near my eye) and made it so easy. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them to any/everyone!

Dr Tzang was cheerful and a good communicator. I felt good about his expertise. Front desk was very efficient, friendly, and on time. I had a good sales person in Tiffany. Only constructive feedback is that the office is a little sales-y from what I overheard. I will happily go back to Dr Tzang.

Just moved to Brighton and went to Dr. Cowards office because they offer RGP contact lenses which seems to be rare these days.Everyone at the office was friendly and knowledgeable. I had very little wait time between arriving, having my pre exam tests and then seeing the doctor. I saw Dr. Tzeng who was very personable and explained everything in great detail. Glad I found a great eye doctor in Brighton!

I was so pleased with just being able to receive an examination during this arduous labour dispute. Please let the government recognize how important this service is for us seniors and and make a FAIR settlement with these hard working folks. I have been going to this office for several years and as usual service was prompt, friendly and thorough. Keep up the good work and I would definitely give them a positive recommendation.
