Returns Process

We accept returns until 30 calendar days after delivery. If we’ve already shipped your order, you’ll need to package the items and cover the shipping fee to send them back to us.

Refund Policies

1. We offer a 30-calendar day return policy on all eyewear. To return, contact us within this timeframe for your request to be processed. Please ship the product back to us as soon as possible to receive your refund. Glasses or sunglasses must be returned unworn and in their original condition. Contact lens boxes must be returned unopened and unmarked.

2. Returns of glasses or sunglasses made after 30 calendar days are subject to a restocking fee. We reserve the right to deny returns, in very rare circumstances, based on the nature of your prior transactions. We are not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping but may cover this cost at the company’s discretion.

3. Eye drops/ointments, eyelid care products, medical devices and vitamins cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

You will receive the refund typically between 5 to 10 business days after the day we receive your returned items.
